RETURNS

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [Sale Items, including $12 Tees, Customized items and apparel]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Please include the following information:

• Your order number and/or email address the order was placed under
• What item you are returning (including size and color if applicable)
• The reason for returning (ie: sizing issue, arrived damaged, no longer needed, ect) 
• If you would prefer a refund/credit exc or an exchange.

Our staff will review your request and send a return label to you via email to use to ship the items back via email. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

​REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

After receiving your return, we will send you an email to confirm the acceptance or rejection of your item.

If your return is accepted, we will provide one of the following within a reasonable time:

• An exchange of merchandise for the item returned,
• a non-transferable merchandise credit 
• a refund to the payment card or original method of payment used for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith, appropriate to the circumstances.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days of the day it was placed, unless otherwise specified on the product page. A shipping confirmation and tracking email will be sent when the order goes out, and delivery can take between 3-5 business days (sometimes faster).
